adjusting to life as senior high school
pray , sleep , headache, pain ,
students, various tasks from each
subject, poor time management,
overthink , can’t focus and etc.
difficulties with personal
relationships, parents or problems at
home and etc.

1.  I felt sad and happy because those cause of stress reminds my problem and frustration and also it
reminds me how myself deal with it and handle it.

2. I realized I just to need to pray and get some sleep to overcome my stress.

MY REFLECTION

Based on the topic, I have learned that the sources of stresses are: from the bad and good situation we
facing everyday life.

I can overcome various stresses that may come my way by: doing somethings that make you feel
relaxed and calm for example sleeping, praying, listening to a music and etc.

I will apply what I have learned through: surviving and facing many problems , challenges , and
situation in my everyday life to overcome my stress.

1. It is all about stress

2. Author said in first stanza is “Stress coming from anyone and anywhere”

3. Author cope with stress by taking good self care like do simple exercises and sometimes play.

2. My key to dealing with stress is simple: just stay cool and stay focused.

Activity 2
Everyone have each way to cope with stress. Some of their sleeping. Some of their listening to a
music to calm his/her mind. Some of their playing online game to release their stress. And some of their
are sharing and telling him/her problem to release all negative feelings from stress. We have many ways
to cope with stress so we should overcome this stress and not stress overcome ourself .
