Garmin Users

Due to the limitation of Garmin Connect it will only import an

activity and not a course created on software; therefore the
supplied GPX & TCX files will result in an error.

To use these files there are several options open to you.

1. Transfer the GPX or TCX from your saved location
directly to your device as if it is an attached drive.
Navigate to your device and add the file to the
'NewFiles' folder. Safely remove the device and unplug
from the computer, Start the device and you should now
see it ready to use under courses.
2. Use Garmin Training Centre – here you can import the
TCX and then export to your device.
3. Use Garmin Basecamp – here you can import the GPX
or TCX and then export to your device.
4. Use your favourite website (other than Garmin
Connect) to import either the GPX or TCX and then
export to your device.
