Reflections
General Reflections
In this unit, students will learn the basics and techniques of perspective drawing. Students will be introduced to the types
of perspective drawing (one-point perspective and two-point perspective). Students also practice using the elements of art
and applying certain skills, such as using the line correctly and add the value of colors in the process of shading in drawing
buildings from a one-point perspective, And they add their artistic touch.
At first, some students had a challenge and difficulty in drawing perspective from a single point, as this was their first time
drawing perspective from a single point. After giving them exercises on how to draw a cube in the way of perspective from
one point and also from two points, the students were able to apply the training more than once and mastered drawing
perspective and moving to drawing buildings using perspective from one point.
The students were able to acquire the skills and technique of drawing perspective from a single point and try to apply it in
their artwork, as it was a beautiful attempt as they applied what they learned during the lessons.
At the end of the unit, the students' results in perspective drawing were good. Students benefited greatly from the exercises
to draw a one-point perspective and learn about skills and techniques and apply them well in their artwork. Where students
were able to carry out beautiful and varied works in drawing buildings and apply the skills they learned during the unit, and
the students will now be ready to develop their skills in drawing perspective in the upcoming topics on what they have
learned from the basics and application skills.
