1. What challenges/problems have you encountered (personal or in your

business, if you have one) that made a huge impact in your life/business?

- I think, out of all the problems I have faced in my entire life, this
CoViD19 pandemic has made the hugest impact, physically,
emotionally, mentality and financially. It put things into perspective. It
really makes you think what really is important to you, your health,
safety, and well-being. It also makes me a wiser person when it comes
to managing yourself in terms money and makes you faithful and
optimistic, that things will soon be back to its former state.

2. How did you handle/ solve it?

- The problem when it comes to pandemic is that, it is very rare to

happen and it is unpredictable, that’s why, people tend not to prepare
for it. If there’s one thing that this CoViD19 pandemic taught me, it is
about preparedness. This current situation we are in has made me
vigilant not only about my health and safety but also, when it comes to
decision-making. I have realized that the future is really uncertain, that
is why, planning is necessary in order to prevent or at least, lessen the
difficulties and problems we’re about to face and we will be ready in
anything because we have planned for it.

3. What type of problem solver do you think you are?

- I think, I belong in the Clarifier-type problem solvers which is

methodical when it comes to solving problem. I really get confused so
easily. That’s why I often asked a lot of questions so I would have
enough information to have clarity and move on into solving my
problems with no interruptions.

4. What approach did you use? Was it helpful? Explain.

- I used the rational approach which I, first, define the problem, identify
its causes, then brainstorm and select possible solutions or options
from it and after that, its implementation and evaluation. This is really
blend in well with I find myself into a difficult situation to decide what
I need to. Not only, I would be able to prepare but also, I have a chance
to identify problems that can compromise my plans.
