WILLPOWER POOL

The last score I would like to discuss is WILLPOWER POOL which refers to Willpower Secret #1.
With Secret #1 people rightfully observe that when activities such as exercise are found to
increase willpower, they realize it takes willpower to make willpower. That is why I chose to do
an analysis of Mindset and Willpower Efficiency first.

They help you improve in areas that will help you compound your efforts. The areas assessed
below are also often goals people are struggling with, again, exercise is a good example. The
good news is, if you are interested in exercise for one reason, say to look good, it will help you
in many other areas of your life without any additional effort.

The assessment you took focuses on the top areas that help people increase their overall
energy and vitality levels as research indicates that motivation and willpower correlate with
general energy levels. I will present them in the best order to work on them.

SLEEP: My score is __/10

Studies show that sleep is even more vital than food. A recent study shows
that both insects and animals die of sleep deprivation sooner than of star-
vation. Sleep trends and statistics indicate widespread sleep deprivation
in most industrialized societies. This is proven to affect mental functions
and this effect tends to go unnoticed or is grossly unappreciated.
