can see the same strategy in today’s generation, but because of information advancement,

We all know that most of the Filipinos are inclined with all aspects of businesses aligning
to their goals especially in sustaining their childhood dreams and for whatever availability
they can do it whatever hardship they will be facing ahead. But the worst thing there,
however, they are “Ningas Kugon,” sad to say and that is the truth. Nevertheless, the author
can’t blame them for whatever reasons because of the fact that sometimes and most of them
had failed because of financial stability and funds to maintain their business as they planned
using either the traditional business platform or through the online business platform.
In the author article that was published in ResearchGate entitled, “Business Plan Screening,
an Ideal to Generation,” (03rd August 2018) explains towards Enterprise Planning that
creates aspirations in building up a new business and the eCommerce strategically has no
difference with the traditional business platform in solving issues. However, the best time to
complete it is when you have identified the different alternative solutions. And they need to
know in which answer is the most feasible to implement within the business contract project
underpinning with the following methods that the author supposed can help in analyzing the
target for the eCommerce Business Plan through with the followings;
1) Research the Business Drivers,
2) Confirm the Alternative Solutions,
3) Determine the Feasibility, and
4) Choose a Preferred Solution.
With all by means, the feasibility of each alternative solution will become manifest;
notwithstanding that the next step is to select the preferred solution to be delivered that might
be either eCommerce business platform or using the traditional (conventional) business
platform in aligning according to your purpose (business goal) in opening a business type.
Moreover, in today’s generation of the technological age, has no excuse for using the
eCommerce platform which is being used by everyone. And the advantage has no specific
time when anyone can start but using this platform will give a comfortable for everyone in
launching eCommerce business due to rapid innovation through social media (SocMed), and
providing a low cost in a preoperational set-up compared to the mainstream media for
whatever advertisements needed to be launched of the products you have.
But of course, even the idea is eCommerce business type, you must have a business plan, and
as the author has mentioned above, this will help you in analyzing on whatever business
target as planned, which you can establish what the customer’s needs and the daily impact.

The business plan as the author has mentioned above will be managed through conducting
the feasibility study, because knowing that if the project is feasible, the business plan may
require more than just mental judgments. And this can be done and accessed through
business research, prototyping, and time-boxing.
Through research, the business plan aspect will perform an investigation to see if other
companies have implemented the same solutions, which will tell if the answer is practical for
the business plan to proceed with the implementation. The prototyping will identify the part
of the solution that has the highest risk gained, which can build a sample of it to see if it's
possible to create and continue the business plan.
And thus, through experiment will tell if the solution is technically feasible and applicable.
However, the proposed timeframe will complete some of the tasks in the business project
plan and will measure how long it took versus what is being planned. Like what the author
has said that once delivered all deliverable tasks on time, then you will know and will justify
that the overall schedule and the proposed business planning may be feasible.
