A. PROJECT TITLE : COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DRIVE

B. PROJECT LOCATION : Barangay #34 Isic-Isic proper, Vintar, Ilocos Norte

II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A. ABSTRACT/BRIEF SUMMARY

The first year college student of Data Center College of the Phils., Laoag City under CWTS subject in line
with the community immersion, it is required for him to undergo community involvement where he would take
part and action with regards to community works through the fulfilment of the subject requirements. The student
should organize and propose project to be implemented in order to be part of the community existence as part in
doing the responsibilities and obligations as a community residence. The student shall involve his participation
and investment on this project towards enabling community improvement and to maintain its cleanliness. The
student should also signify its interests to participate in enhancing the community as it is the main target of this
project. This propose project will surely benefit not just the residence but also the environment where both are the
beneficiaries of the said project.

B. OBJECTIVES

The COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DRIVE project prioritize to promote nature good standing, community
stability and cleanliness conservation and to enhance public awareness. With the threat of occurring community
problems, surroundings remain as unhealthy and dry so we need to take care the growth and change of it and that
is to change our ways for a better condition, doing the clean-up drive in a specific area and to educate individuals
on how to be aware and concern in the community and help to maintain its cleanliness and orderliness along the
way so that we could lessen pollution and to prevent the occurrence of bacteria, illnesses and diseases. This would
 serve as a good conduct being a citizen of the community where initiative and leadership is considered as factor to
do this project. This project proposal aims to expand our concerns in promoting and maintaining our community
into greener stability and better naturality and to teach community residence how to be aware and how to
prioritize concerns of our surroundings.

C. TOTAL PROJECT COST/ SOURCE OF FUND

For the execution of this project, the student involve on this shall contribute financial assistance provided
by his own pocket for his snacks in conducting this community immersion.
Number of days to conduct – 4 (every Sundays)
Amount of snacks per day- 50 pesos
Computation: 4 x 50 = 200 pesos
This is the total budget or amount of money to be spend in implementing this project.

- Sack
- Walis Ting-ting/Tambo
- Dust pan
- Pale

E. BENEFICIARIES

The members of the said community.

III. IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE

DAYS ACTION TO TAKE

First Sunday start of implementing the said project. Bahay-kubo areas.
Second Sunday Continuation of the project, cleaning canal areas.
Third Sunday Continue to clean the remaining areas.
Fourth Sunday Last day of implementation. areas should be done.

IV. EVALUATION
With the initiative and of the student together with the help of community members concern about the
project, surely it will be accomplished with success and goodwill towards better condition of the community. This
project would not be possible to implement without the support of the people of the community where they are the
primary beneficiaries of this project and working together, help one another is a success for all.
