Vaccination Details

Go to https://hric.hdbfs.com/HRWEB/Emp_Vaccination.aspx and enter your

Employee Code, PAN Number and Captcha to login.
Please select if you have taken Covid 19 Vaccine and if you have ever tested Covid
positive.

If you have taken the Vaccine, then you will get further option to select the Vaccine
type, number of doses and the date on which vaccination has been administered

If you have not taken vaccination yet, you can submit as “No” and re-login after first
vaccination to update the details. Similarly after second vaccination also you need to
re-login and submit date of second vaccination.
If you have tested positive for Covid then you will get option to enter date of being
tested positive. (Please enter the latest positive date if you have tested positive more
than once)

Please Submit after all the details are entered. Please ensure that the details are
correctly entered before submitting.
