Process and Preparation

Finding Idea

The first step that I did was find an idea or topic. I choose for making e-

brochure. I am making brochure of Ngalau Indah, because it is one of the best way for

promotional on media. Also, it will give benefit for increasing city income, add

knowledge and information for visitors. I will make the e-brochure by billingual,

Indonesia and English because my target is local visitors and foreigner.

Drafting

For drafting, it was made in writing version. The topic that I had been chosen

was develop and try to make the best version that I could based on the format before.

So, it would minimize the fault.

Revising

In this step, I read again the draft that I have made to make sure there are no

mistakes such as spelling errors and grammar errors.

Proofreading

After revising, at this step, I need help from my friends to do proofreading. By

doing proofreading will help me to make my final project better than before and made

me know my faults.

Final Drafting

For the last step is final drafting, in this step I made some information that I

supposed to add and also fix my mistakes based on the improvements that have been

given from lecturer and friends.

Schedule Planning

Now, it is time for schedule planning. These are my planning on make final project:

- Finding the idea : 13 December – 31 December 2020

- Drafting : 5 July – 19 July 2021

- Revising : 20 July – 3 August 2021

- Proofreading : 4 August – 18 August 2021

- Final Drafting : 19 August – 9 September 2021

Equipment

Conducting my final project, I need some equipment to make the best e-

brochure on my version. There are: a notebook, because it will help me to record the

points obtained during a survey or interview. Second, I will rent camera for a week,

which is DSLR Canon Camera to take picutres for shoot all the footages, also because

the cave dark I need to rend lightning to make it lighter. For Spare battery I need it

because just in case if another battery low.Third, for editing the brochure to make it

beautiful I will use Adobe Illustration or Canva in my own Asus laptop.

Budgeting

For budgeting I think I will take budget on it:

1. Camera and audio recorder rental fees for 1 week : Rp. 500.000

2. Transportation : Rp.150.000

3. Accommodation : Rp. 150.000

4. Emergency costs : Rp. 250.000

TOTAL: Rp. 1.050.000
