Respected Sir/Madam,

It is with much enthusiasm that I am submitting to you my application for the position of Associate
Lawyer (Litigation and ADR) at RIAA Barker Gillete (exclusive member of Lex Mundi) at Islamabad.
With my robust experience and education in applying appropriate legal practice and methodologies of
advisory and consultancy and contributing to the design and development of objectives in litigation
and consultancy, I am prepared to become an immediate team player within your organization. I am
currently serving as a Senior Associate for C.H.K Law Associates, a renowned law firm running under
the supervision of Arsal Amjad Hashmi (Advocate).

I have recently joined Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination as a Legal Intern for pursuing
the pending litigation and assist Legal Advisor in preparation of cases. I am further providing legal
assistance to Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination for different matters pertaining to the Pakistan
Sports Board and Inter Provincial Relations and recently got assigned by the duty for legal
requirements and technicalities involved in creation of Anti-Doping Agency for Pakistan in accordance
with the WADA code 2021.

I got an opportunity to serve in a law firm namely CHK Law Associates, which has its MoU
with British Law Firm Connaught Law, London. In course of my appointment at CHK Law
Associates, I used to manage work related to the preparation and filing of applications for registration
of Company, Trademark, Copyright and Patents at Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan
and Intellectual Property Organization offices. Litigation in relation to Intellectual Property rights
before the respective tribunals. I remained engage in litigation and consultancy with my Senior
Advocate Arsal Amjad Hashmi for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and National
Telecommunication Corporation (NTC). I have also dealt there with the employment laws there and
litigation pending in National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC) and Federal Service Tribunal
(FST).

Before my work at CHK Law Associates, during my practice at Wajid Mughal Law Associates, I got a
passion for Civil, Criminal, Family, Real Estate and Rent (Landlord-Tenant disputes) Matters focusing
my program of studies in this area; there I used to assist my senior lawyer in the drafting of pleadings
and research work initially and afterwards I remained there as an administrator for all kind of litigation
in District & Session Court, Islamabad and deal with the clients on behalf of my senior Lawyer due to
his busy schedule at Islamabad High Court, Lahore High Court (Rawalpindi Bench) and August
Supreme Court. I used to tackle all the workload along with another fellow and 21 sub-ordinates. 

Prior to joining WMLA I remained a legal intern at Fauji Fertilizers Company at Rawalpindi, where I
used to assist Executive–LLA (Legal & Labour Affairs) in the matters pertaining to Corporate, Service
and Labour laws and used to follow him in cases at NIRC, Islamabad. Further, I was deployed for
vetting of the legal contracts, compiling the case files and updating the Executive-LLA about the day
to day proceedings in each case.

With all that experience mentioned above, I had been a part-time tutor of Law subjects as well which I
have started back in 2017, during my Law Graduation.
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well
under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in fast-paced litigation in an adverse environment of
Pakistani courts. I can thus bring to you my best experience in legal research, drafting, trial
preparation, and case management.
