make every task more easier and it can be done smoothly without any big problem. The manager will
also communicate with his workers to understand what are they doing and give them motivation.
Thus, the workers will be motivated to do their job more effectively.

However, Air Asia’s control capabilities remain relatively poor, as evidenced in many ways.
The weakness of Air Asia is it has a weak ability to provide services to its customers. For example,
flights failed to take off at the scheduled time because of Air Asia’s lax adherence to the schedule in
the control function, which caused dissatisfaction among many consumers. Hence, Air Asia will lose
customers who care about being on time.

Next, the opportunity of Air Asia’s controlling is the managers make a new system of
management. It is because managers will be able to tackle all the problem that the company is facing
right now with the right management system. For example, more investor will come to the company if
they know that we can handle all the problems. Thus, Air Asia can improve a lot more with the help
of the right management system and investors.

Moreover, Air Asia’s controlling has one threat and it is disadvantage in terms of web and
telephone services compare to other companies. Many customers planning to buy tickets have opted
out of Air Asia and choose other companies because their web is incomplete or their phone numbers
are unreachable. It must be said that this is a very poor control management will cause a large number
of consumer losses and financial losses.
