SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SOLITA CABIA TABANG-DEYRO, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence and postal
address at 1437 C. Prudencio St., Sampaloc, Manila, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
DONNA MAY TABANG-TIBONERA also a Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of
__________________________, to be my true and lawful Atty-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1.) To file a Petition for the change of my first name from ZOLITA to SOLITA;
and to change my birthdate from August 29, 1961 to August 31, 1961;

2.) To make representations with the concerned City Registrar/Local Civil

Registrar as well as with the Philippine Statistics Office to obtain certified true
copies of my Certificate of Live Birth;

3.) To accomplish, sign, execute and file the corresponding Petition for
Change of Name and/or birthdate and other papers and documents needed in
order to accomplish the foregoing purposes;

4.) To testify in the proceedings for and in my behalf in furtherance of my

said Petition for change of first name and/or birthdate;

5.) To do and perform all and any other act/s which is/are necessary to carry
into effect the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act, requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
