The government and its people must be deemed in practicing this Act wherein, they should protect and
give equal rights to our nurses. It includes, protecting them against discrimination, advancing their
welfare, and increasing their minimum wage considering the significance of their work. As independent
practitioners, nurses are continuously dwelling for years in this crisis; spending a lot of time with
patients, offering vaccinations to the people and risking their lives for us. They are the people who
remain unnoticeable in these times of crisis. Together with the government, we can achieve this
