II. Raw Materials

● Fresh Apples – the main material for the production of the apple cider vinegar.

● Organic Sugarcane – the second main material for the production of the apple cider

vinegar. The juice of the sugarcane will be combined with the chopped apples during the

production process since this will aid in the fermentation process.

III. Tools and Equipment

company will have a decrease in cost per copy and save money in the long run.

● E-signature pen and pad

-A gadget that captures a person's signature digitally by using pen type stylus and

electronic pad. This is important for the business since electronic signatures are safer and

more secure. Not only do they contain a signature, but they also contain traceable

information on who signed the document, when they signed it, and where they signed it

● Different types of high-quality paper (bond paper, special paper, photo paper)

- A variety of high-quality paper types is needed for the company to ensure its best quality

prints and attract customers. This is also needed for office use and product packaging.

● Apple slicing machine

- A machine that used to slice large amounts of apples to a desired cut and thickness. The

machine will cut the apples in chunks to help make the preparation of the apple cider

vinegar easier.
 ● Electric sugarcane juicer machine

- A machine that used to squeeze out the juice within a large amount of the sugarcanes,

making the preparation process more efficient and time-saving.

● Repair and maintenance materials (mop, broom, nails, hammer, cement, steel, etc.)

- Materials used to maintain and repair company equipment and buildings. This is essential

to create a longer lifespan for the company’s tools and equipment and maintain the upkeep

of the company’s infrastructure.

IV. Distribution Timeline

 SoVine Corporation™ started with the idea of making a non-synthetic apple cider

vinegar on September 6, 2021. On the 30th of that month, the company launched its first store in

Intramuros, Manila and sold over 1000 pieces of Sovine Apple Cider Vinegar™. This drove the

corporation to its recognition after the first launch on November 2021. Eventually, this recognition

led to a rise of customers. Within December 2021, the company partnered with two well-known

distributing companies, Kast Distributors, and Cheney Brothers. The corporation organized a

moderate number of wholesalers or retailers in which the product is made available to the

consumers. Moreover, on that same month, SoVine Corporation™ partnered with Grab and

Foodpanda. On January 1, 2022, the company started selling online, including the Grab and

Foodpanda platform and sold almost 10,000 pieces of Sovine Apple Cider Vinegar™. The use of

transportation and third-party courier services, such as Shopee, JnT or NinjaVan were also utilized

to deliver the products to online customers. Recently, SoVine Corporation™ received a multiple

of awards for being the people’s choice of non-synthetic apple cider vinegar. One award that the

company proudly displays is its “Best Product Award of 2021” which enabled the company to work

hard and maintain its standards in the vinegar business industry.
