HOW TO PREPARE FOR GOOGLE MEETING

1. We will provide you with a web link in order for you to join the online
conference. Please take note that you are not allowed to share the
meeting ID to anyone else. This is exclusive for the confirmed
participants who registered online.
2. Make sure that you have a good internet connection. A typical
google meeting consumes 810 mb - 1.4 gb per hour (data consumption
will vary on the stream quality), depending on whether all has their
video open or someone is sharing his/her screen.
3. Use headset/earphones or Bluetooth speaker for better audio
experience.
4. Since the online conference is practically whole day, ensure that you
have enough batteries or access to power or a near outlet for your
gadgets to plug in. Also find a comfortable place for this whole day
event.
5. When the speakers had shared their screens, you can pinch to zoom
in/ out the image in your cell phone for better view and readability.

PARTICIPANTS GUIDELINES/ HOUSE RULES

1. Our online conference will start promptly at 8:00 am.


2. Upon entry please set your audio to mute but please allow us to see
your beautiful and handsome faces by turning on your video.
3. We encourage using a laptop during the conference for a maximum
experience. We will be having games and we encourage everyone to
participate. Great Prizes Awaits!
4. To maintain a stable and quality sound we encourage the participants
to please mute your mic however, during a recitation we encourage our
participants to open your mic and participate the discussion.
5. Questions and reactions will be entertained during the open forum.
Please chat your questions to the chat box or you can also contact the
members of the sponsor group.The moderator will acknowledge and
announce who will ask first. Once acknowledge, you may ask your
question. Please say “done” when you have nothing more to ask to give
way to the question by the next participant.
