Introduction
Self-awareness requires the acquisition of information, skills and experiences to acquire self-
awareness. It is a relationship that aims to develop, identify the ability to improve, take
advantage of opportunities, reflect on activities, collect results, evaluate and evaluate results
and outcomes. A manager is someone who has a strong sense of motivation that can lead to
environment change and who works on a sense of ownership. Self-awareness is important
these days, because it is the social cycle that leaders embark on and the key information for
the success of an organization (Abdullah 2012). The organization I chose was InfoTech. With
a focus on improving, adapting to customer needs and providing value-added services,
InfoTech leverages the knowledge and skills of professionals with broader investment
capabilities than other companies. of advice.

improvement: Use this research to achieve a complete set of skills such as change, ethics,
time management, thinking about independence.
Hands-on Skills: Animations needed to create the tech files above the president's abilities
include artists and studios. To organize these meetings and studios, I need a good class or the
best class and an upgrade with enough chairs, door openers, white papers, signs, projectors,
tables and chairs, pens and paper and the room temperature.
Improve access: Training is an important part of the self-improvement plan and should be
accelerated. A simple way for Performa is to get impressions in the office or classroom and
improve where the information is delivered. Every time I have a show for a day and an hour,
I have to get into patterns.
Time limit: For a plan whose feasibility cannot be guaranteed, there should be a time limit. It
can also be done by keeping track of how the students did, how well they were during the
meeting and individually for several weeks, our weeks. The eligibility management goal for
Infotech can be reached in 90 days.
Conclusion
In this work, I tried to differentiate the personal needs of leaders to achieve the core values of
the organization.
However, when designing and completing a plan for the manager to grow and pioneer self-
awareness is important in promoting aspirations, it is important to highlight some of the key
changes such as technology, industry, and global exchange rates. Some of the above deals
with areas that form the foundation of self-awareness and that are considered important care.
