Job Description:
Pitch for HONO.ai services & Solutions to the Prospective Clients across India geography.
Contact the HR Leaders of the Prospective Clients.
Adhere to Lead Generation targets on a monthly basis.
Use strong verbal phone communication skills to engage targeted executive contacts with
strategic value propositions.
Generating reports to provide summary and detail activity information.
To Build and maintain a sales pipeline based on a highly targeted database.
Conduct pre-sales such as giving demos of our product
Desired Profile
MBA Sales and Marketing Graduate
Well versed with Excel & Report metrics.
Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must possess excellent Sales Acumen with aptitude to learn technology solutions.
Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total
commitment and sense of job ownership.

technology. The company offers its product HONO (also the brand name) which enables enhanced
employee productivity. We have national presence in cities such as Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore,
Ahmedabad and Chandigarh and international presence in countries such as UAE (Dubai) and
Singapore. We have forged relationships with credible multi-nationals and large and mid-size
organisations by seamlessly transforming their HR processes enabling enhanced efficiency within
them.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Project Management Office to understand client’s processes and
translate the same into specific configuration elements for the solution.
Communicate and collaborate with internal product development teams to formalize
application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution
Interpret Client requirements, as shared, and benchmark best practices for the same to be
incorporated into Business Processes.
Create functional specification documentation for development requests
Work on continuous process improvement and create audit framework to ensure quality
delivery
Review and document test cases and expose the solution to a comprehensive stress test
Perform data audits to ensure high quality data uploads
Post Implementation support and reviews with PMO for continuous improvement
Internal Review with Teams and Management for product performance and operations
improvement
Create Audit mechanisms those would be critical to ensure
Key Expectations:
Location: Initial Training of 1 year will be in Mumbai, Bangalore and Gurgaon office, post that
employees will be deputed on Project Basis in India or Abroad. Students will not get a chance to
choose their location.
Also PFB the salary structure we are willing to offer MBA HR and MBA Sales and
Marketing students. Both sets of students will have a final package of 5.5 lpa with
50,000 variable and 5 lpa fixed.
