• The NOLA PS 2019 Facility Plan identified properties for “disposition” after a rigorous data and
community process. Below is an update on our progress for properties identified for disposition.
• Property Purchases:
• AP Tureaud Purchase Agreement - Presented to the board for approval.
• School First Right of Refusal;
• McDonogh 15 – One school submitted a Letter of Intent; a Purchase Agreement will be presented to
the board in August.
• Valena C. Jones – One school submitted a Letter of Intent; staff are currently verifying financials.
• 4422 General Meyer – No school exercised rights for this facility, exploring multiple options for sale.
• RFP for Real Estate Services: Intent to Award at the July Board meeting.
• Once approved and contract finazlied the District will be able to move forward with sale process for
4422 General Meyer.
