outlined in the court's Amended Order dated June 23, 2020 (a copy of which is attached hereto for

On the Monday prior to E-Calendar Call, the parties will have produced and provided to

the Court the report as set forth below relative to the specific objections and will advise the

time reserved. At which time, the Court will then schedule the matter to be heard. The Court has

Forty-five (45) days prior to the E-Calendar Call, the Plaintiff shall submit to

the Defendant the name, address, and telephone number of the attorneys' fee expert and submit

copies of all billing, timesheets, invoices for costs, and any other documentary evidence

relating to attorneys' fees and/or court costs.

Thirty-five (35) days prior to the E-Calendar Call, the Defendant shall notify the Plaintiff

of its specific objections to all costs and all cost invoicing and all attorneys' fees by identifying

each line item and each element of attorneys' fees to which the Defendant objects. The

Defendant will also identify the name, address, and telephone number of any expert it intends to

use in rebuttal to the attorneys' fees and costs claimed by the Defendant.

Fifteen (15) days prior to the E-Calendar Call, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and their

respective experts shall meet for the purposes of discussing the specific objections to the

attorneys' fees and to the cost being claimed by the Plaintiff. If the parties cannot resolve the
