JOB DESCRIPTION
The production specialist will help lead in all of our
weekend celebrations in various production rolls
(Lighting, camera op, video director). They will
work with the creative staff to complete production
projects through the week as well as assist in
leading a team of volunteers. The production
specialist will lead both staff and volunteers to
create an engaging environment that helps point
people to Jesus.
MUST-HAVES
• Strong leadership skills and a history of quality
team building.

• Strong ability to program and run lighting.
• Proficiency with industry standard lighting
consoles.

personality.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience directing and troubleshooting broadcast video.
• To be a spiritual resource for our volunteer teams.
• Experience in mixing audio.
• Knowledge of cable making.
• First name basis with local barista.
• Has a favorite marvel character.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To work with production staff to complete weekly projects.
• To recruit, train, and raise up production volunteers.
• To always be on the cutting edge of new technology and
industry trends and strategize how they will apply to grow
the church.
• Program lighting every week for our Celebrations.
• Help run production for Staff Meetings.
• Collaborate in brain-storming meetings.
• To participate in Creative Team Nights.
• Maintain our lighting system.
• Participate in stage redesigns and changes from
inception to completion.
• Attend all required meetings.
