Reflective Summary This reflective essay should answer the 7.4 - Professional
question: reflection and learning
to improve practice
Do you feel that this collection of work
really reflects your abilities and what you
have achieved this year through the LDM
course? Why or why not?
Your reflection should describe your
personal experience in implementing
distance LDM/s, show depth of analysis
and synthesis of this experience, and
relate it to professional standards and to
your professional and personal
development goals.
LDM Course helped teachers and school leaders
improve the readiness and preparedness of learning
delivery modalities in response to COVID-19 pandemic.
Basically, as teacher, I find it very challenging on how I
could deliver learnings to our student in this new normal Reflective
situation. But lo and behold! DepEd has initiated an
urgent action as response to the ongoing pandemic Summary
problem. It helped me to be prepared for this distant
learning in this new normal. The artifacts could tell what I
have gained and learned from the course and what I have
discovered from myself. It made me realize that as
teacher/educator I need to adapt to the new system of PPST Strand:
learning delivery to address the learner’s needs. It opened
a lot of opportunities to teachers like me. I gained new
7.4 - Professional
knowledge, skills and positive mindset that are necessary reflection and
in this new teaching and learning way. Despite the learning to improve
challenges I have encountered every day, I am very much
grateful to DepEd for the opportunity and chance to practice
attend to this kind of course. It served as my weapon to
do my job confidently and efficiently.

Annotation
My reflective essay above expressed my in-depth personal experience in
implementing distance LDM. To sum it up, LDM course equipped me to
