 INTODUCTION

Work immersion is one of the requirements to complete the grade 12 and refers to the

part of that consist of 10 days of hands on experience of work immersion which grade 12

students undergo and train to do their chosen career.

Before we start of our work immersion Sir Rodrigo Enmoceno conduct a meeting and tell

to us what we need to do or where we’ve going to do our work and all the requirement that we

need. After that I decided to do it in the office of the Barangay Ligaya.

I and my classmates will start the work immersion on January 7, 2020 and it was the

102nd Founding Anniversary of barangay Ligaya. I don’t even know on what we do, because I

have no idea on be going to the office work, but I think through the help of the barangay staffs

we can do this.
 CONCLUSION

After my 10 days training on office of the barangay it made me realize that the

experience is the perfect learning tool of steps for our dream job.Work immersionis very

important most of all in the grade12 graduating students it teach us regarding to our chosen

career and also it serve to us as a guide and how the reality about working. On that work

immersion or training, it enriched my confidence and create foundation to be a good and

responsible employee someday.

This work immersion is really unforgettable to me and to all my classmates. We

successfully finish it by the help of the staffs of barangay ligaya. They are not just help us to

complete our work immersion but also they teach us how to be more responsible and improve me

to be determined in everything that I did as a students and professional someday.
