We value and appreciate the opportunity to be working with Group Ltd during this contract
period.
To serve you better, we have continuously invested in human resource, warehousing (including
materials worth more than USD 20 million currently in our warehouse) and machinery
ranging from vehicles, tools and specialized equipment to satisfactorily handle all scopes not
limited to GPON & HFC.

In 2021, we were able to do more than 400,930 work orders with minimal quality issues as
demonstrated by data below:

We have EHS policies in place to ensure quality work and safety of teams. We enforce Q&EHS
standards through mandatory TBT photos shared by teams daily before work. We conduct
weekly safety meetings to ensure EHS policies in place are adhered to as well as address any
arising Q&EHS issues.

We have a fully-fledged warehouse that is secure and can safely holds materials you provide to
us. We believe that we have unique skills and resources that will increase Wananchi Group Limited
market share, which we know is of utmost importance to the company.

1.3 EHS &TRAINING

Wconducts safety meetings every Wednesday morning with all Technicians (both in house &
subcontractors) for Quality & EHS refresher trainings and any arising issues with QC. Group
QC is also occasionally invited to handle team queries, especially when new equipment
models are rolled out.
