Emotional Intelligence for Teens

There are 7 types of emotional intelligence these are:

I. Self reliance - as to make themselves more independent

II. Assertiveness - you respect yourself , you're willing to stand up for your interests
and express your thoughts and feelings.

III. Optimism -as have hope therefore you will be positive and desirable

IV. Self Actualisation -as you realize that you reach your full potential

V. Self confidence - you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control over your
self

VI. Relationship skills - you are communicating clearly, listening actively, cooperating,
resisting inappropriate social pressure, negotiating conflict constructively

VII. Empathy -as you have the ability to sense other people's emotions and not
being to dense

And the 4 domains of Emotional Intelligence: self awareness, self management, social awareness, and
relationship management which helps anyone to face any crisis
