Commencement of offline classes for students of classes IX & XI

Dear Parent 14.12.2021

Greetings !!!

With reference to the directive received from the State Education Department, we are
permitted to commence offline classes. We are glad to inform that school is all set to
commence offline classes for the students phase-wise.

1st Phase :- Class IX & XI

2nd Phase :- Class IX to XII

3rd Phase :- Class VI to VIII

4th Phase :- Entire School i.e. (PPI to XII)

The students will be informed the phase-wise commencement of the School Offline Classes
and Timing / Time table etc. through class teachers. The students must follow the covid-19
Guidelines for their safety.

Hostel Students Online Classes will continue till 3rd January 22

The School will conduct Online Classes as per the Regular Scheduled Timetable. The Timings
will be 01.00 to 03.50 PM [With short break of 5 Minutes between Two Classes]

Those Students who have not yet got stitched their uniform are permitted to come to School in
Sober Civil Dress. or they can purchase White Uniform.

From Session 2022-23 the School uniform will get changed, but White Colored uniform will
continue.

Standard Operating Procedure for Health, Hygiene & other Protocols

1. To maintain Physical / Social distancing 50% students will attend the classes.
2. No Canteen facility be provided.
3. Transport facility be provided.
4. Students are supposed to bring below mentioned things with them.
 50ml hand sanitizer
 Gloves
  Masks
 Water bottle
 Tiffin box
 Fruits/ Snacks
 Books/Notebooks as per Timetable
 Clean small Napkins

Student are not allowed to bring

 Mobiles or any Electronic Gadgets

 Medicines

5. Those students who are suffering from cold / cough/ fever etc. are strictly not permitted
to come to school unless they get fully recovered.
6. Children will not be allowed to share books / copies etc. with their friends.
7. Parents are requested to ensure that your ward comes school wearing the mask and
advise him/ her not to exchange Masks/ Water bottle/ Tiffin with others.

Hope everyone will follow the guidelines mentioned above for safety / security of your ward
against Covid- 19
