 Salary certificate/last 2 months pay slips from previous employer
 Two reference letters (1 Professional and 1 Personal)
 Form 16 from previous employer
 Recent passport size color photos – 7 (Professional background)
 Copy of passport (visa stampings, if any)
 Pan card copy
 Aadhaar card copy
 Address proof
