strong lower back that connects the upper and lower parts of the trunk.
The Huntsman workout takes you through a variety of push ups that
require the coordination of the entire body, helping develop total body
strength and greater overall power. Breathe in on the way down, exhale
on the way up and remember to keep your body absolutely straight at all
times.

Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
