Greetings from the Indigenous Peoples of Palawan!

Reports have reached this oft-rce regarding the rampant selling of vast track of lands in Barangay
Apurawan, Aborlan, Palawan. Please be informed that the entire Apurawan land formed part of the
Ancestral Lands of the Central Tagbanuas since time immemorial. It is the program of this office that
Apurawan shall be preserved as thick forestlands for thriving biodiversity. lt shall not be openecl for
permanent habitation or titling except for Ancestral Domain pulposes.

in this connection. may I respectfully request tbr a list of applicants for land titling in Apurawan and if in
any event it would not be too much burden on you part, to include a survey map covering their respective
claims.
May I also request a copy of Forest Management Agreements/ SIFMA/ CBFMAi or any kind of
agreements subjecting the forestlands of Apurawan for management pulposes in favor of individual
persons.
