Note: Price rate is only a guide not final, as unit was not ocular estimate
rate may change upon actual inspection of area to be cleaned.

2. Vacuum of carpets, mattresses and upholsteries
3. Cleaning of inside cabinets
- dark marks may lessen/lighten NOT totally removed
4. Wiping of windows, window frames, door and door frames
- high areas only those reachable by ladder.

5. Watermarks on bathroom fixtures and glass enclosures
- watermarks may lighten/lessen NOT totally removed
6. Dry mop of walls and baseboards
- high areas only those reachable by ladder.
- stains/dark marks on walls may lighten NOT totally removed
7. Tiles and grout with dark marks/stains may lighten NOT totally removed
Hanging lights, light cover, ceiling fan
Artworks, Collectibles or Family Heirlooms or Expensive Fixtures (Ex. Chandeliers, fan) valued over
P3,000. These items are often difficult or impossible to replace and so we will not take the risk of
cleaning such items, unless – customer wants it done without liability to Ahyi & Co. it is the client’s
responsibility to inform the housecleaners of the presence of such items in the home that fall into this
category.
Note:
1. MAXIMUM OF 4 CLEANERS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT
2. A 50% Down payment is required to confirm this service.
The remaining balance is upon completion of service
3. If the company is unable to access client's place for the scheduled cleaning
the client will be charged a lock-out fee of 50% of the cleaning rate
4. The client's signature or its representative on this Quotation shall be deemed
to be due authorization for AHYI to carry out the services listed herein.
5. Late payments shall earn interest at the rate of 3% per month.
6. Client or representative should sign the accompanying Waiver Form
