3.1 CUSTOMER SEGMENTS

9
There three customer segments that we are focusing which is Petron station customers,

online customers and customers that live in Selangor.

First of all, I 'm focusing more on Petron station customers, because I’m putting my

product on the station in my business. It’s because of the strategic location of the station in

Petron. Many customers also want to buy breakfast while driving. In general, my company

attracts clients from adults, young people or babies. However, my product is not very sweet, so I

am also focusing on older consumers. The elderly and the elderly like the beauty of the Durian

aromas, and the Durian aroma is more attractive to them.

Next, we are also focusing on our online customers and the people who live in Selangor.

My main business is on-line service and delivery. In terms of market segmentation, we use

social media to identify clients. Housewives and adolescents are most likely invited to purchase

my products. Therefore, I focus more on them and ensure that my social media are important

and sustainable for my target audience.

Finally, we only sell our goods across Selangor so that we can concentrate to control our

products and services output and input

3.2 VALUE PROPOSITIONS

There are four value propositions that I focusing more which is the freshness of the

ingredient for the durian crepe flavor as well as the soft, fluffy and unique texture.

First, the value or the specialty of my product is I are using natural and fresh ingredient

in to ensure that my product is always good and tasty to eat. The ingredients I use are also

special, because I use durian as the basis of the flavor. Many sellers are mainly selling durian

crepe but the durian’s freshness is gone.

Meanwhile, by using fresh durians I take my item to the next stage, to make the natural

durian flavor explode. Ultimately, nobody else but myself uses the taste and sells it. Therefore,

my company has a high-value bid, which draws more clients and revenues.

10
Moreover, other sellers will then combine the cream, such as the carnation, with the

durian, but I use full cream milk from farm fresh to make my product more vivid and singular. I

use full cream milk from farm fresh in general because it has a rich milk flavor that my

customers love.

Lastly, I also focus on the texture of my product because it is critical that the texture

attracts more people and delicious the durian crepe. The texture which I concentrate on is the

fluffy texture, so that I can produce a soft and fluffy texture using the right ratio to produce the

product.

3.3 CHANNELS

There are three main channels that I used to sells my product which is social media,

Petron station and cash on deliveries.

First, I use social media to attract my customers and to sell my product. Twitter,

Instagram and Whatsapp are social media apps I use. These three channels are important as I

post my hardy crepe picture and as a platform for customers to communicate with me. I opt for

this method because people will now be on their phones 24 hours a day, so it's easy to promote

and interact using this channel with my customers.

Secondly, since I will drop my product on Petron station, I use Petron station as my

channel. At the Petron station, customers can conveniently buy my product when they fill their

petrol.

Thirdly, I use the food rider to supply customers with my product. I use other channel,

like food panda, with my rider too. This is easy to use because it is in your form. You just have

to enter the customer's address and pay them as your fee. Customers may also opt to pay in

cash or online payments.

11
Finally, customers have the choice of selecting their method of paying cash on

deliveries. Therefore I give this option on the channel because, despite the absence of online

banking, I want my customers to buy my product.

3.4 CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

In order to maintain my customers, I are also focusing on my customer relationship by

using two methods which is face to face and automated service.

Firstly, I concentrate on my customers' relationship using face-to-face approaches

because this is the best way to maintain our relationship. Customer support face-to - face is

shockingly modern and sounds exactly. This provides customer service in a more intimate way.

Instead of relying on e-mails, telephones and the internet, the customer's face-to - face service

and a professional representative of the organization require that they be present physically in

the same location. Whilst technology allows many channels to interact with consumers, a

customer needs a face-to - face approach to reach your location. It usually gives the customer

an opportunity to make a personalized impression. It will also allow me to connect with my

customers and improve my brand identity to increase customer loyalty.

Additionally, I've always focused on automated services, because it's the best way to improve

customer ties. This kind of partnership blends a more sophisticated form of self-service with

automated processes. For example, consumers have access to personalized services through

personal online profiles. Automated services can identify and provide information on orders or

transactions to individual customers. It is really the sophisticated and automated method of

customer self-service. For starters, we use online banking and collaborative internet services.

12
3.5 REVENUE STREAMS

There are three revenue streams that I got after selling my product which is by getting

tips from my customers, durian crepe sales and delivery charges.

In the first place, sales of my company are my primary revenue sources. Now become main

income stream by profiting from any selling of durian crepe. Most importantly, sales of our

goods are the key revenue for this business. Target sales will be achieved each month and I

can support my income streams by achieving them. It is therefore necessary for me to sell my

product and achieve the target sales to ensure that my company benefits more than loss.

In addition, delivery charges from our food delivery driver contribute to my revenue

stream. Basically, I'm going to charge for my delivery to support fuel and transportation.

Generally, the delivery charge depends on the customer area, the higher the price they need to

pay, but it will be reasonable. For instance , in the area Petaling Jaya, Selangor the delivery

charge will be RM5.00 only and the further distance and area other than Petaling Jaya ,

Selangor, such as Sungai Buloh, Selangor they will be charged RM10.00 only. Other than that, I

will use food delivery platforms such as food panda to deliver, and customers can orders via

apps.

Ultimately, one of my income sources is even tips from clients. There are consumers

who are prepared to pay extra as tips. Either as personal tips or as business tips. This can be

used in the business or it can be keeped by the proprietor. In general, the tips would also help

my capital in order to buy ingredient for the making of durian crepe

3.6 KEY ACTIVITIES

There are three key activities in the making of mydurian crepe which is the making of the

products, marketing and selling.

First, I'm going to make the preparation for the ingredients. The first process, I'm going to buy

fresh durian and use it as the base of my product. I'll make the principal ingredients, the "Durian

13
crepe," with the ingredients which I'm buying from 99SpeedMarts. After that, I'll combine the

fresh durian and the fresh farm creamer to make the durian crepes. Next, after finishing the

product, I'm going to make the packaging and it's ready to go.

After that, I will first advertise my product in social media before I sell my product. The

marketing phase is important not only because it increases marketing awareness, but also

because it can increase sales. In addition, marketing as a tool for growth is essential for our

small business. This will increase customers and is an ideal way because 90 % of people use

social media at our high technology when and wherever they go. I'll use ads to advertise my

company as a way to connect with our customers on Instagram or Twitter, and Whatsapp.

Finally, sales activity for last key activity. When I sell my product, I will sell my product

face to face, online deliveries, cash and supplies. This three methods I use is to ensure that my

clients can buy online and can also buy on their own. I will ensure that my customers are treated

like a 'King' and that consumers are treated equally, satisfy their demand as well as ensure that

food drivers deliver their food safely and on time so that customer loyalties are assured.

3.7 KEY RESOURCES

There three key resources that I use which is the ingredients, equipment and capital to

ensure the availability of our product.

First and foremost, the ingredients that is needed is farm fresh cream milk and crepe

and fresh durian to make the natural flavor of the fresh durian explode stronger. The bulk of the

ingredients are supply by 99SpeedMart, the local supplier.

Moreover, capital is the main resource needed. From the capital, I buy the goods (durian

crepe) ingredients and equipment.

Lastly, I had to have all the equipment required to produce the durian crepe. The

equipment we need for the making of durian crepe are 10 cauldron, 10 plastic ladles, 10 stove

and packaging to make our product.

14
3.8 KEY PARTNERSHIPS

There are three key partnerships that I focus for my business which is Food Delivery

Rider, Petron Station and 99SpeedMart.

First of all, I focusing more in food panda because food panda is the application that I

will collaborate with. Through this application, my clients place the order and the driver will

deliver my product. In general, I concentrate on food panda because it helps promote my

business through its use and when you are hungry, most people make a food order through

food panda because it’s fast. The customers will have the option to pay by cash or online

banking services. So it is best to work and collaborate with food panda for our small business.

Secondly, we choose Petron Station as our partner because I’m going at Petron Station

to sell my product. This is the perfect way of selling my product by putting it at the Petron

Station because my buyers are able to purchase my product conveniently. Basically, the highest

demand is the highest quantity I put at the Petron Station based on customers ‘ needs. We do

this. At the Petron Station we will grant commissions depending on the amount of goods sold.

Finally, 99SpeedMart is my biggest key partner as they’re my ingredient supplier. At

99SpeedMart we will buy the ingredients, so they are our main partner, because, I cannot

manufacture our products without them. 99SpeedMart we worked with is typically located in the

Selangor area such as Petaling Jaya, Selangor near our workplace so we can buy the

ingredients easily because we are close to it.

3.9 COST STRUCTURE

There are four cost structure that we are focusing in our business which is

transportation, employee salary, commission and equipment and ingredients.

15
First, we concentrate on the cost structure of equipment and ingredients, as it is

important to first purchase ingredients and equipment to produce our product. We will then

purchase the appliance based on the total quantity of the product to be sold. The greater

number, more appliances, we have to buy to satisfy our customers ‘ requirements. We have

also calculated the costs of our ingredients to ensure and calculate the extent to which we have

already sold our product. We can make sure that no one lies about the overall benefit of our

company when we measure the value of our company.

In addition, we focus on transport because we need to know how much fuel we use to

deliver our products. The cost of fuel for the manufacture of goods is variable. We used one of

the rider cars to get to the Supermarket to buy the essential and to supply customers with our

product. Based on the fuel meter and current prices, the fuel is calculated.

Besides that, the wage of the employee is one of our cost sources, because it is charged

at the end of each month. The overall expense is RM1200, I have to pay one of my employees

per month. The employee is being pay for their job. The most cost structure is based on

employees ‘ overall salaries and the cost of ingredient of the products in order to produce the

durian crepe.

Finally, I must provide the Petron Station and Food Panda a commission because the

rule and the regulation are there to collaborate with them. The cost structure that focuses on

main profit-based partnerships. By the end of the year, I have to send 5% to the Petron and 6%

to the Food Panda.

4.0 CONCLUSION

Last for not least, I hope that Hanafi Enterprise's vision and mission to succeed will come true

and I hope I can achieve my goals and goals for this company. I also assume that Hanafi

16
Enterprise is going to fulfill requirements and become one of the competitive advantages of the

other competitors. I know that there are many rivals and I will face the difficulties, but I am

assured that I can ensure that my company goes so far as to surpass the others and able to

fulfill my dreams. In addition, I hope my goal of entering the Malaysian market can be achieved.

Lastly, I hope that Hanafi Enterprise is well-established in future both in Malaysia and around
