INTRODUCTION

Gone are the days when customers run behind specific products or
services for their need or luxury; today as many service providers and suppliers,
where differentiation for choice has become very important, and a bit tough.
That’s where the new age ‘Customization’ weapon has come into play for
businesses. Every Customer is unique with their set of demands or needs. To
identify that uniqueness and cater to them is the recipe to win over today's
customers. The customization is definitely the newest branding strategy as it
plays an important role in increasing efficiency, ensures maximum optimization
of resources at hand, & cutting down unwarranted wastage.

In general market, there is always product that will lead at the most top
known in every time. Food service operations today are paving the way for a
mismatch between supply and expectation. Food is an expression of one’s
identity, beliefs and desires, as well as a tool for managing wellness. People must
prefer to pick what they want to eat. The business suggest that aside from having
customized when it comes in item, customized food can be possible. The
customers would choose what chips and dip they would prefer.

Fagito De Customania is a customized food business that focuses on what


the customer’s prefer to eat or crave for. It offers different kind of snacks that
satisfy the taste and desire of our customers. Fagito came from the greek word
which means “food/snack” and Customania which means “Customized City”.
Fagito de customania is located inside the STI College Calamba Campus.

business. To be perceived as the provider of the most delicious, satisfying food
and sweet foods, and very convenient service in Laguna.”

Mission

Fagito De Customania seeks to create and promote the great-tasting, to


exceed the expectations of our customers by serving innovative, quality food
products with excellent service.

The Proponents

The proponents of the business are the seven members of the group which
can be considered as the entrepreneurs. Each of the member has something to
contribute based on their skills and capabilities. Working on the position they
will make the business more successful since each member have passion on what
they do.
