ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Model-based definition (PMI), modeling and drafting of turbine shafts; casting,
welding and machining of turbine inlet, exhaust and bearing casings, guide blade
carriers, pedestal bearings, control valve and stop valve assemblies, turbine rotor
assembly, diffusers and other steam turbine components.
 Involved in the Remastering of Non-parametric 3D model into 3D parametric for
sheet metal components.
 Modification, standardization and improvement of drawings currently in production and
implementing Design change requests for the everyday manufacturing challenges and
requirements for TEC and TEM.
 Development of shop drawings, order drawings and bill of materials as per Siemens standards.
 Independent formulation of optimised methodologies through constant customer
interaction for creation of PMI models and welding strategy based on Customer
requirement.
 Formulation of best practices in modeling and PMI for easy and effortless
accommodation of small design or geometry changes in assemblies and documentation
of the same for knowledge sharing.
