I. Introduction
Majada Out Elementary School is located at Purok 4, Barangay Majada Out Calamba
City. The school belongs to the school jurisdiction of West District of the School Division of
Calamba City with school ID 109851. With the school head at the helm, teachers, parents and
stakeholders work closely in developing and enhancing this skills and abilities, likewise
instilling ideal attitudes and values to the learners
This Annual Accomplishment reports highlights the school success in terms of access
and quality. Guided by DepEd’s Vision, Mission and Core values, it is the goal of Majada Out
Elementary School to become an instrument of learning and a channel of values formation to
pupils from different barangays around the school.
