Golden Greetings!

At the outset, this pertains to the vehicular incident that transpired on or about
5:40PM 13 July 2020 at P-1 Brgy. Cogonon, New Bataan, Davao de Oro between
your driven vehicle and a motorcycle driven by Marjun P Manigo, a Job Order
employee of Provincial Engineering Office of Davao de Oro, which resulted to the
latter’s untimely demise ten (10) days thereafter.

Upon request of the bereaved family, the Provincial Governor sent a fact-finding
team led by Atty. Lyndon Melvi C. Sumi-og of this office to conduct a separate
investigation. Rather than pursuing appropriate civil, criminal and administrative
remedies, the bereaved family is willing to amicably settle the matter and offers, for
your consideration, the following:

1. Indemnity worth 200,000.00 PHP; and

2. Financial assistance worth 100,000.00 from the proceeds of third party liability
(TPL) insurance.

Please let us know through the undersigned of your amenability on the offer five (5)
days from the receipt hereof.
