RAJASHEKER REDDY, J.:— Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in accepting the applications of the petitioners' for admission into Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course for the academic year 2021-2022 in the colleges affiliated to the respondent No. 2 - University pursuant to the notification dated 04.12.2021, the present writ petitions have been filed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this court in identical set of facts and circumstances in W.P. No. 36135 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022 permitted the petitioner therein to approach the 2nd respondent and to submit application along with original certificates and to pay the requisite fee and on making such representation, 2nd respondent was directed to consider the same and take necessary action. Therefore similar direction may be issued. 3. Heard learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare for respondent No. 1 and Sri. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - University, who does not dispute the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of the same and having regard to the facts and circumstances, and the order passed by this court in W.P. No. 36135 of 2021 dated 04.01.2002, the present writ petitions are disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach the 2nd respondent and submit their respective applications along with original certificates by paying Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) towards registration charges and Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred only) towards service provider charges within three days from today. On receipt of such applications, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and take necessary action thereon. 5. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
