DREAMING......

Every great dream begins with a


dreamer.
Most by definition, the desire is something
you're aware at some level point.It may be
fragmentary,disjointed, and absurd, but if
you aren't conscious of it during rest then it
isn't the desire.Some people can complain,'i
never recall my dreams!'but this is a
different thing altogether.

Dreams are what a person sees and hears in


their mind when they are sleeping. They are
often similar to real life in some ways, but
can also be very strange. Dreams can seem
so real while they happen that the person
might think that they are awake when
actually they are asleep.
Mostly, people worry Dreaming is bad.On the other hand,
dreaming is a normal part of healthy sleep. Good sleep has
been connected to better cognitive function and emotional
health, and studies have also linked dreams to effective
thinking, memory, and emotional processing.
“Dreams don’t work unless you do.”

However, if you have


nightmares frequently, you
could have a sleeping
disorder. Regularly occurring
scary dreams can be labeled
a sleeping disorder if the
nightmares. Nightmares tend
to be caused by stress,
anxiety, or sometimes as a
reaction to certain
medications.
“Every morning you have two choices:
continue to sleep with your dreams,
or wake up and chase them.”
