Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for Tech and Non-Tech end-to-end recruitment activity and

managing the team to deliver on business objectives and recruitment numbers.

• Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy

and identify the talent needs.

• Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing and future talent

requirements, defining critical roles core competency.

• Should be responsible for understanding talent availability and market

intelligence

• Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports.


• Ensure adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure
accurate reporting

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
professional platforms like Job portals etc)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and
internally

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification:
• MBA in Human Resource

Software/Tools System Exposure:


• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint etc.

• Knowledge of Google Sheet, Slides, Docs etc.

Total number of openings:


• Full-time employment – 1 Person

• Internship – 1 Person

On boarding date:
• Looking for person to start as soon as possible max by 3rd Jan 2022

Compensation:
• Selected candidates will be offered an internship for 6 months with a stipend
charge of 10-12k fixed Per Month.

• Post Internship, candidates will be offered full-time employment at a compensation


of INR 4 LPA

**The conversion from Internship to Full time/Extension will be awarded considering the

performance of the candidates in 6 months.
