The control activities that are useful for the construction of a bridge are the following:

 Ensuring the use of the appropriate materials in constructing the bridge and making sure
that those material are in best conditions.

 Ensuring that the chosen workers in the construction are professionals and skilled and
capable of working efficiently.

 Regularly monitoring the construction of the bridge and ensuring that the activities are
done properly.

 Ensuring that the finished constructed bridge has met the requirements of the project
team.

 Regularly checking that the goals are achieved and have met the set standards in terms
of the bridge construction.
