Listen and 3 -Show PB p42 and elicit known items (cat, ppt
act flowers, tree). PB p42
-Point to the apple and say ‘Look, there’s an CD2 track 2
apple’.
-Show picture of an apple. Say ‘apple’.
Student repeats.
-Show PB p42 again. Say ‘Listen’ and play the
audio for the first picture and mime being
hungry. Encourage student to copy.
-Play the next line and point as if you have
seen an apple on the tree. Student copies.
-Play the third line and mime reaching up for
the apple.
-Play the last line, jump and then rub your
head as if the apple hit you. The student
copies.
-Play the audio again without pausing. Do the
action with the student. Repeat several times.
Listen and 3 -Say ‘Listen and color’. ppt
color -Play the first line. Point to the dot next to PB p42
picture 4. Let student color. CD2 track 3
-Play the rest of the audio, pausing for student
to color the dot each time. Point to each
picture and elicit the color and the sentence.

Listen and 2 -Explain that student needs to listen to the ppt


circle audio then circle the appropriate picture.
It’s a big/ 3 -Show picture. Ask ‘Look! What’s that?’

-Show another carrot which is small. Say
‘Look! It’s a small carrot’. Student copies.
Repeat ‘big and ‘small’ for several times.
-Do the same with apple and the other fruits
and vegetables.

Feed the 4 -Show a monster. Ask student ‘What’s it?'. ppt

-Click on the monster for it to say ‘I’m hungry

song along with the audio
