Lesson aims: At the end of the lesson, students will be able to

(minute) Aids

Warm-up 3 - Play the song and encourage the student to sing it The warm-
song along up song
Review 4 -Say ‘Look and circle blue things’ and let student use Ppt
color pen to circle all blue things in the picture.
-When student finishes, ask him to say the color in a
full sentence, ‘It’s blue’.
-Repeat with red, green, and purple.
Review 5 -Say ‘Let’s show me your crayons’ and ask student to ppt
instruction show you a box of crayons.
‘Pick up’ -Say ‘Let’s show me your paper’ and ask student to
show you a paper.
-Say ‘Pick up red crayon’ and mime pick up a
crayon. If student does correctly, give him a high five
and say ‘Well done’ with mime raising thumbs. If
student does wrongly, ask him, ‘What color is it? Is
it red or …? Can you show me the red one?’ and let
him do it again.
-Say ‘Let’s draw a red circle’ while drawing a circle
on the screen with red pen and ask student to draw on
the paper and show it to teacher.
(SUGGESTION: Blue- square, Yellow-triangle,
purple- heart, green-leaf)
-Teacher may ask student to pick up one of those five
pictures.

Listen and 2 -Give instruction that student needs to listen to the PB page
circle teacher and circle the appropriate thing in the picture. 11
-Say ‘Listen’ with miming listening. ppt
-Say ‘Circle the computer’ and let student circle the
computer. Ask student to say the color of the
computer.
-Repeat with desk, T-shirt, shoe, pencil case.
NOTE: encourage student to answer in full sentence
‘It’s + [color]’
Listen and 3 -Play the song. Ask student to point to the items in Ppt
sing the picture as they are mentioned. CD1 track
-Play the song again, ask student to point/ circle that 15-16
item and repeat the lyrics.
NOTE: If student is confident, teacher can use the
karaoke version and do the karaoke.
Color and 3 -Say ‘Listen and choose the colors’ while holding up AB page

-Play the first section of the song and encourage CD1 track
student to hold up red, orange, and purple crayons. 17
-Show picture of pencil case. Say ‘Color and ppt
complete’ and help student to choose the correct
color on zoom and color.
NOTE: Teacher can ask student to draw another
pencil case on the paper, color, and show it to
teacher.
Count and 3 -Give instruction that student needs to color the ppt
color number of picture appropriate with the given number.
For example, teacher shows 5 pictures of colorless
apples and say ‘Four’; then, student needs to color
just 4 of 5 apples.
-Do the same with the other pictures.
Sorting 4 -Give instruction that student needs to sort out the ppt
colors color by circle the thing and say its color, teacher will
GAME help him drag and drop to the appropriate box. If it is
correct, it will stay in the box, or it will move out of
the box.
Wrap-up 3 -Ask student to tidy up his things while singing song Tidy up
along with the audio song
