STANDARD FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS

ASSEMBLY

※ The engine and alternator are coupled together by means of a SAE flange. A full torsional analysis will be carried
Out to ensure vibration to be reduced to the minimum.
※ Anti-vibration pads are affixed between both engine and alternator; and the base frame. This will ensure better
vibration isolation of the rotating assemblies and enabling the machine to be placed on uneven terrain without
any detrimental effects.
※ For improved durability and corrosion resistance, all metallic fabrication surfaces of the canopy will have to be
treated for coating by grit blast cleaning. They are then covered by special three layers painting system which will
provide an excellent corrosion resistant surface.

CONTROL SYSTEM AND PROTECTION

※ Controllers are available for all types of applications. Using functional grouping, the control systems can be
specified into key start controller model, automatic start control model and PCRC three remote control systems.

WARRANTY

※ Jensonn provides warranty obligation for all its products. All products are out through rigorous testing proc
edures to ensure optimal performance. Load tests are all ran with various load factors and protective devic
es and control functions are all stimulated and checked before being despatched.
※ Engine and Alternator are all on standard principle warranty of 12 months or 18 months from shipment, wh
ichever comes first.
※ All engines, alternator and components are all backed by international warranty from respective suppliers to

Prime power (P)
These ratings are applicable for supplying continuous electrical power (at variable load). There is no limitation to
the annual hours of operation and this model can supply 10% over-load power for 1 hour in12 hours.
Standby power(S)
Standby power is defined as the maximum power available, under the agreed operating conditions, for which the
generating set is capable of delivering for up to 500h of operation per year.
