 Identifies design and develops the necessary equipment, jigs & fixture related to First
article Inspections parts related to new product development.
 Identifing the requirements, verifying and confirming the manufacturing feasibility and
control the process.
 Should have knowledge of various machining operations such as Turning, Drilling, Milling,
Grinding.
 Having experience on 4th axis, 5-axis machining fixtures.
 Studies the existing processes to implement improvements on new products.
