Realization
The curriculum in 21st century is more focused in cultivating the prior knowledge and skills of the learners in order
for it to improve and this can be easier with the help of upgraded technologies that can be used in finding reliable and
valid information that can be included in the curriculum. The curriculum served as the guide of the teachers to what is
needed to be teach and what ways and strategies that they can apply in order for the student to cope up with the lesson
or to develop easily. School staff, teachers and students must also be a media and computer literate because this will help
them to identify what could help them to grow. This may also lead them to know their selves especially the careers and
kind of a person they are in the future.

Integration

Our batch belongs in the third batch of the K-12 Curriculum Education and I must say that many of us had think
that it is just wasting our time like we should be a 4 th year college now if there is no K-12 Curriculum but when I have
entered college, my thoughts have been revised because the learning that we had in our senior high school years will be
developed and mold as well as the skills that we have acquired for the 2 years in senior high. Thanks to the K-12
education program that I had the privilege to take it and I entered college with knowledge and abilities.

Emotion
In entering college, you will definitely experience culture shock since the difference between high school and
college is massive in many ways like the way of teaching and the strictness of the school to grades and requirements. I can
say that those additional 2 years that I have spent in high school is useful because it cultivates my prior knowledge and
skills to make it more developed than the usual. It was never a waste of time. You can really say that the K-12 program
makes us prepared in taking the college level of education.

Action

Education can change our perspectives as well as our life since it is giving us awareness and knowledge on the
things that we are not familiar of. Curriculum is giving us easier understanding in education especially in teachers that
uses curriculum guide to know what they need to teach and learn strategies in teaching. I will take action by sharing what I
have learned and the skills that I have acquired with the help of those people behind my improvement. I can give valid and
reliable information to those people who lacks awareness in the surrounding.
