For efficient upgrading of plastic surfaces on the automotive interior sector.

Recommended dry film thickness: 30 - 40 µm
Surface Pre-treatment
Is usually applied directly onto the appropriately cleaned / pre-treated substrate.
Appropriate primers, e.g. ALEXIT Laser- and Effect-Basecoat 463-60 are available for
PC substrates.
Polyolefins such as PP/EPDM must be pre-treated with CELEROL Haftvermittler
(alternatively / additionally: Oxidative pre-treatment method such as, e.g. flame
treatment, fluorination, plasma).
ALEXIT HighGloss Clearcoat 460-4F may also be applied as a clearcoat onto a
suitable basecoat, e.g. ALEXIT Laser and Effect Basecoat 463-60.

The type and quantity of thinner may vary depending on the application process. We
recommend selecting the appropriate thinner in co-ordination with our technicians.

Flash-off time at 25 - 35 °C 15 min
Oven-drying at 80 °C 30 min
The temperature specified is the object temperature.
Additional Details
Store between 5 - 35 °C in original, unopened containers (acc. to DIN 3840:2007).
When the product is used for the first time this must be carried out with our technical
support as the application parameters have a considerable influence on the coating
result.
