STAND REQUIREMENTS
Each exhibition stand comes with 1 x table and 2 x chairs. Please detail below if your requirements are
different from this (i.e. no table, smaller table 1 chair, electrics, bringing display, board for behind stand etc.)
Electrics can only be allocated if requested via this application form.

YOUR STAND
1. Decide which Wedding Fairs you would like to attend and which package is right for you.
THE MORE WEDDING FAIRS YOU BOOK, THE GREATER THE DISCOUNTS YOU WILL ACCRUE.
Returning the Booking Form to us does not guarantee a place as our Wedding Fairs can fill up
very quickly and we also have to limit certain categories of exhibitor. Howevr, we will contact you
within two weeks if there are any problems and we will of course do our best to offer alternatives.

When you have decided on your total requirements, and have calculated your spend, you can work out
from the table below the size of your advertisement, all in full colour:
We are happy to help with your advertising, and our art department will be pleased to produce visuals
using your logos, illustrations/photographs, or to put something together from scratch.
LEAFLET DISTRIBUTION : We can include your leaflets/samples in our goody bags, given to every bride
at each of our wedding fairs. Please contact us for details.
