Siargao Bleu is without a doubt one of the best in siargao. The great food and great service are
only highlighted by the beautiful Zen-like atmosphere of the resort. It’s a nice cozy escape in the
heart of surf central, and a place to go if you want a pleasant intimate gateaway.

Main duties of the staff:

Front office manager- Managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities,
and supervising the support staff.

Restaurant supervisor- Task with ensuring that a restaurant runs smoothly.

Marketing officer- Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies.

Accountant- Monitoring spending and budgets.

How they handle complaints:

If a customer have a complaints the first thing that the staff do is “Listen” they listen carefully to
what the guest is saying and they focus on the information that the guest want to provide rather
than trying to interject their own opinions. The second thing that the staff do is
“Acknowledgement” simple nodding the head, signs of agreement, signs of understanding is
important because it makes them feel like you’re with them. The third thing is “Repeat or
Rephrase” once the guest is done complaining the staff rephrase back exactly what the person
said in their own words, and by doing that it gives a sign of relief to the complainant. And after
the staff do all that they need to determine what they can do about the complaints and let the
manager or the supervisor know about it.
