Module 9 Assessment

Due to the nature of remote learning for the Online AIT


TESOL Course, Module 9 practical activity based application
Assessments require video recording of your lesson with all
supporting materials in PDF and MP3/MP4 format attached.

Module 9 Assessment outline

You are to create a 45 minute lesson for any age/learner


level of your choice. Your video presentation must be
teaching people, not an empty room. Select a 15 minute
section of the full 45 minute lesson to film for video
presentation.
If you are currently teaching classes, choose one of your
classes to record your presentation. If you are not currently
teaching, ask friends, family or people in the neighbourhood
to participate in your 15 minute lesson.

Copies of all components/elements

All supporting components/elements must be emailed with


your 15 minute MP4 video presentation, including your full 45
minute Lesson Plan for your presentation (provided in this
assessment). These may include: Worksheets; songs/chants
audio (MP3) files; video (MP4) files; flashcards; homework;
any supporting materials used.

Module 9 'Create' assessment components:


All 'Create' assessment components must be in PDF format and emailed with
completed Module Assessment.
Clearly title the 'Create' assessment component with Module number, 'Create' task
number and your name. See example below.
