Branded Arts Presents


Public School Mural Festival Series 2021
Branded Arts has developed this Public School Mural
Festival series to empower kids, their schools and the
broader neighborhoods to be inspired by the impact art
can have on communities.

Core to the programming will be 20-30 international,


national and local artists per festival who will paint a
series of murals at each school.
Mural Festival Outline

School Mural Festival Community School Festival
Event Programming and Activities
While the artists are painting throughout the week, events
and activities will be built out across the Public School Mural
Festival 2021 platforms. This programming will include:

Music performances
Panel discussions and lectures
Community art galleries and workshops
Film screenings
Guided tours
Family activities & classes
Mural reveal showcases
School and Student
Engagement:
Projects that engage students and
community members in design elements of
the murals as well as ways to make their
own contributions to the school and the
wider community.

Brand engagement and integration would include:


• Potential art installation incorporating brand
• Dedicated plaque at school with press conference and
unveiling ceremony
• Brand integration on posters or flyers highlighting the
Public School Mural Festival 2021 program in school
• Brand integration on student syllabus handouts
• Opportunity to offer branded premiums—pencils,
paintbrushes, notepads/drawing pads
• Large customizable on-site activation
Community Space Gallery

During the week-long mural festival


one of the school’s community
spaces (i.e., auditorium,
gymnasium) will be modified into a
pop-up gallery exhibition featuring
the work of the participating artists
alongside the students

Brand engagement and integration would include:


• Logo on event invitation
• Aligned signage as presenting sponsor of
Gallery Event
• Opportunity for an organic, branded art
piece as part of the gallery
Family Workshops and Special Events
Within the scheduling will be several special events featuring the artists, along
with talent from music and film as well as other community leaders, all
participating in panels, workshops, film screenings and special concerts.
Brand / partner engagement and integration would include:
• Integration across all event invitations and/or event schedules
• Opportunity to create a custom themed events within the programming
• Inclusion of a representative to host or introduce an event
• Press moment with executives and artists to present donation/grant checks to school
Logo and Apparel
Collaboration

To coincide with the murals and


programming, we will create a
special logo and exclusive
apparel collaboration. All
students will receive a limited-
edition apparel item to
commemorate the project.

Brand / partner engagement and


integration would include:
• Inclusion on custom developed shirts or
other Mural Festival 2021 event apparel
• Opportunity to co-brand with the logo
on additional promotional giveaways
Overall Promotion + Content Opportunities
• Inclusion in all marketing, social media, content and promo
materials
• Rights to leverage festival IP for marketing and
communications
• Branded content opportunities include: - event videos,
InstaStories, talent interviews, online art and photo galleries

Move aside Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic; enter STEM. While the Three R’s are still fundamental,
the world of education has expanded well beyond a book and a worksheet to include technology we once
only dreamed of. The possibilities for play are endless, prioritizing not only computers and experiments but
creativity and art as well.
AR is just one piece of the puzzle, connecting tech and art, honing in on the visual experience. A mural
can transform a space, but thanks to STEM it doesn’t stop there. AR creates virtual real estate, a second
blank canvas on top of a mural, turning every mural into an activation in the name of both education and
