MAMASAB BAKERY

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Mamasab International Sdn Bhd (formerly Sabrina Bakery Sdn Bhd) is a company that sells
bakery products and sweets (desserts) as well as other home furnishings products, using a
dropship agent system.

The company was registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in 2016 as a
sole proprietorship company. On 27 January 2017, they changed name to Sabrina Bakery Sdn.
Bhd. On September 25, 2019, once again due to the "future proofing" factor they changed the
name to Mamasab International Sdn. Bhd. with the goal of expanding its wings to the world
stage. The beginning of the company's operations focuses only on cake and biscuit-based
products.

The first Mamasab branch was opened in Taman Sri Manja, Petaling Jaya and followed by other
branches including outside Selangor such as in Kuantan, Penang, and Johor Bahru. The
development of Mamasab International Sdn. Bhd. can be said to be "exponential". In just 4
years, they have opened 4 factories and 15 branches. The demand for Mamasab’s products is so
high that the sales record reaches thousands of cakes in one day.

The current capacity of the company is still not able to meet the demand from their customers
throughout Malaysia. Therefore, Puan Sabrina CEO to this company has decided to open more
branches throughout Malaysia in addition to adding new product streams to help distributors to
do business. At the same time, the drastic development of this company is also expected to take
care of the welfare of the workers who work hard in developing the industry.

Due to these factors, Sabrina Bakery Sdn Bhd renames their business to Mamasab International
Sdn Bhd.as a target to place the company to a higher & sustainable level. Mamasab concept of
inviting people to be part of their business by being their agent with them providing the
mentoring and business guide has earn them high sales number. This is also as they marketing
strategies, as they increase the number of agent all around the country, they have manage to
market their business more effectively. Mamasab International target to be listed in the
Malaysia Stock Exchange by the year of 2025 and to reach 100 brances throughout Malaysia.

resolve of helping people to uplift their socio-economic status so they can inspire others.

3.0 Business Model


Mamasab is using agent system as their marketing. Figure 1 above illustrate Mamasab Business
Model follows and its sales requirement. In each level, there is no need to store the products, no
capital required and up’s and down level is depending on monthly key performance Indicator
(KPI) measured through the monthly sales.

The founder, Mrs Sabrina will give each level Lifetime Coaching Support worth more than
RM250,000 and provided all the marketing materials for all seller.

Mamasab also provide “The Circle System” that enable top performer to become their business
partner to later expand the business. The Circle is a Mamasab Warrior group that has shown
excellent performance to be able to achieve the highest level of KPIs that Mamasab
International Sdn. Bhd. set. The purpose of establishing The Circle is to give encouragement to
the entire Mamasab Warrior to continue to fight for the desired real success such as freedom of
time, freedom of money, freedom of choice and peace in their lives. Not only that, once they
have reached the highest level of The Circle they are no longer like other distributors. However,
they are partners of Mamasab International Sdn. Bhd. which together will fight and ensure the
company continues to thrive. The 3 categories of The Circle that have been introduced are THE
PLATINUM CIRCLE, THE SAPPHIRE CIRCLE, THE TITANIUM CIRCLE. These three categories have
their own eligibility requirements and KPI commitments that need to be met to qualify them to
be in The Circle.

Incentive for Mamasab’s Agent/Seller:


i. Retail commission and Overriding.
The higher level that agent goes, the higher the commission and overriding bonus.

ii. Performance Bonus /Leadership Bonus


Performance and Leadership is one of the incentive plans that are considered as ‘passive
income’ when you produce a downline at the same level as you. Performance will only be
given if agent and downline reach the sales target every month according to any price level
that has been set.

iii. Car Fund


HQ will give cash of RM2,500 per month to finance luxury car when meeting the Platinum
Circle Warrior Circle eligibility requirements.

iv. House Fund


HQ will give cash of RM6,000 per month when meeting the Platinum Circle Warrior Circle
eligibility requirements.

v. Dividend Share
All members of Titanium Circle Mamasab Warrior will share 2% of the company's profits
each year after auditing.
