 Building advanced insights and analytics mechanisms at Goldman Sachs with a focus on adding value to the
people analytics space which helps us to go one step further in achieving our mission which states that people
are the most important asset.
 Leveraging tools such as Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects Suite (Web Intelligence, IDT, UDT), Alteryx, Julia
programming, Microsoft Power BI, Aqua Data Studio for HCM analytics.
 Exposure to a lot of functional aspects in HCM space and built analytics on attrition, turnover, hiring diversity,
strategic locations, workforce management, performance management, compensation, learning &
engagement and much more.
 Build SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reporting and Tableau dashboard solutions to provide the
leadership with the analytics required enabling them to make structured and data-backed decisions.
 Implemented a variety of functionalities in SAP Web Intelligence based reporting solutions like merge

Deloitte Consulting (US India) | Business Technology Analyst | Hyderabad, India February 2017 - April 2020

Project 4: Sector: Healthcare Analytics

 This is a Deloitte internal project where we wanted to analyze public datasets and perform sentiment analysis
on Covid-19 disease using Twitter, R Studio and Microsoft Power BI.
 Built a Text mining mini-project in RStudio for Covid-19 disease related sentiment analysis using based on
Twitter dataset.

 Integrated Twitter API with the R code and derived the data in Microsoft Excel and performed data cleansing
the Excel file via R code, and included removal of Stop words, punctuations, unwanted characters, etc.
 Tokenized the dataset and created a Corpus and analyzed it using WordCloud and ggplot2.

Project 3: Sector: Energy, Resources and Industrial

 This is a S/4 HANA transformation project with Enterprise HANA, Ariba, Hybris, IBP and various other
capabilities. Front-end is developed in Tableau, Web Intelligence and Fiori. With many M&As, the client was
looking for a unified analytical platform (datalake) which can deliver the consolidated reporting and can
handle future growth and move from current architecture of disparate data sources.
 Coordinated with client counterparts during requirements gathering, analysis, development and support
phases for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Plan-To Make (PTM), Procure-To-Pay (PTP) SAP
modules.
 Built SAP HANA calculation views and consumed the SAP HANA data models to build WebI reports
 Designed and developed Tableau dashboards on top of SAP HANA calculation views which involved in end-to-
end testing for client Team.
 Prepared detailed documentation on technical designs, workflows, diagrams for the data models.

Project 2: Sector: Consumer Products and Retail

 The client was struggling with multiple legacy reporting platforms and with numerous M&As and was looking
for a unified analytical platform (datalake) which can deliver the consolidated reporting and can handle future
growth. The new solution will serve as a primary platform for enabling self-service, trend based and advanced
analytics including scenario simulation, predictive modeling, and quantitative analysis.
 Analyzed 60+ functional specifications and translated it into technical specifications by interacting with all the
functional stakeholders and technical users to derive the requirements.
 Built complex SAP HANA Enterprise graphical views for both SAP SD and SAP Finance (Product Costing, COPA,
OTC) modules and worked on end - to - end testing across multiple environments.
 Built SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence and SAP Analysis for Office reports consuming HANA calculation
views.
 Formulated a roadmap for SAP HANA performance optimization for the entire project team; presented an SAP
Eminence webinar across UK, USA and India offices to share the learnings on Product Costing module.

Project 1: Sector: Consumer Products and Retail

 This is a Hadoop - SAP HANA integration project, where data has been extracted from heterogeneous legacy
source systems to create a Hadoop data lake and build a highly integrated environment for SAP HANA eying
future S/4 HANA implementation. All the financial data representation has been setup within HANA.
 Worked as an offshore lead and primary developer for SAP BO WebI reports and Microsoft Power BI
dashboard development incorporating data from SAP Sales and Distribution module, included a team of four.
 Built complex and comprehensive financial P&L reports based on SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4.0 by
creating Universe objects in Information Design Tool consuming SAP HANA Enterprise calculation views.
 Designed and developed KPI dashboards for C-Level executives using Microsoft Power BI based on SAP HANA
data models for client’s Finance team comprising of 200+ users.
